Advocate to create a maternity ward at Kemptville District Hospital

Propose that North Grenville be utilized as 'Health Hub' to relieve people traveling into Ottawa from Leeds-Grenville and surrounding areas

Work with province and community associations to develop funding for new diagnostic equipment

Advocate for new wing at Kemptville District Hospital for mental health

Work with community groups to improve community based support systems for people suffering from mental illness

Work to make North Grenville a welcoming and inclusive community which embraces diversity.

Develop and implement strategy to attract and retain family physicians 

Work with current local physicians to establish succession plans for when they retire

Advocate to the provincial government for infrastructure funding for housing services and a variety of housing options, including rental, affordable retirement home, secondary suites and congregate living options

Develop and implement strategy to attract and retain more Home Care Personal Support Workers to allow more people to age at home

Work with local community agencies, private sector and  Local Health Integration Network to design and implement a multi -service centre /hub model(s) that will co-locate services to respond to the needs of seniors
